She previously headed up NZX’s team of analysts providing leading intelligence on a range of agricultural sectors and was involved with the launch of the dairy derivatives market. Susan studied Agricultural Economics at Massey.

Nigel is a Managing Partner of Pencarrow and has more than 30 years’ experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.

Tom is a Trader at Fonterra in Auckland with over 5 years of experience in dairy. He focuses on market making in NZX Dairy Commodity and Milk Price Derivatives, and using these markets to help manage the risk of Fonterra’s physical exposures.

Conor has over 10 years’ experience working in finance through a variety of roles, including: International Equity Trader (Fidelity Investments), Reorganizations Associate, Senior Margin Associate (Scottrade Inc.), Trading Analyst, and U.S. Trader (Fonterra). Conor has a passion for finance and is always looking for ways expand his financial knowledge.

Suse has been on the AANZ Council since its inception in 2008 and took up the Executive Director role four years ago. Angel Association NZ is the industry representative body for early stage investment.

Con joined MyFarm in July 2018 as the Head of Investment Research. The role involves providing investment insights for all primary sectors and the specific investment opportunities that exist for clients. Prior to this Con was the ANZ Agri Economist for 8 years.

Te Kapunga Dewes is the CEO of PF Olsen taking over from Peter Clark in September 2018. PF Olsen is the leading independent forestry management services provider in New Zealand and Australia, managing 300,000 ha and harvesting around 7.0 million m3/annum.

Ché has a practical personal background in farming and forestry and a broad experience in various public sector roles, including: agricultural trade relations and cooperation with China, regulatory management of New Zealand National Parks, competition regulation and price-setting of NZ’s telecommunications sector, and government infrastructure funding packages.
