Amy is a Partner in the Corporate Finance practice of PwC New Zealand based in Auckland. She has more than 20 years commercial and banking experience, and since joining PwC in 2006 has specialised in mid-market Mergers and Acquisitions with a particular focus on working with, and advising, privately owned companies including private equity.

Christine is part of the Debt Capital Markets team at ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited and is responsible for securitisation. Christine has a keen interest in impact investments and social bonds and was involved in a number of New Zealand’s pilot social bond transactions.

Louise is the CEO of the Ākina Foundation, New Zealand’s principal intermediary for social enterprise. Following SEWF 2017, hosted in Christchurch NZ, Ākina has been appointed the strategic partner to the New Zealand Government to further establish the social enterprise sector and to help transform the NZ economy by harnessing the power of enterprise for positive and environmental impact.

Ross George is the Managing Director of Direct Capital, New Zealand’s leading private equity fund, founded in 1994. Direct Capital invests in Australian and New Zealand private companies, providing capital to grow and continue creating value, and has invested in over 70 companies in New Zealand and Australia.

Roy is founder and managing director of New Ground Capital, an alternative investment manager spearheading the development of build-to-rent housing and impact investment funds in NZ. New Ground recently co-founded the Impact Enterprise Fund with Akina Foundation.

John is an advocate for responsible investment and for greater transparency around investment products. He is CEO (and co-founder) of Pathfinder Asset Management, a boutique fund manager specialising in ethical investment. Pathfinder’s funds include global water and global equity strategies with an environmental, social and governance focus.
