Hear insights from Ross George on investing in growth oriented private companies and/or facilitating a sell-down or change of ownership involving management as shareholders.

In the second part of the seminar Richard Wood and David Kandziora will provide observations, including case studies, on evolving PE holding periods, deal structures and deal multiples. They will also look at:

  • M&A gulf between PE capital and SME owners looking to sell

  • Smart Capital – what does it really mean?

  • Structured investments

Following a break Neil Roberts will speak on a topic at the forefront of major changes to financial services.

Open-banking will be live mid-2019, customers will own their data and more importantly will have

a means of controlling and sharing it. There’s a race to automation and customer experience with

traditional businesses attempting to ditch legacy channels and start up challenger models gaining

momentum.

Following his presentation Neil will moderate a panel discussion.
