There’s a race to automation and customer experience with traditional businesses attempting to ditch legacy channels and start up challenger models gaining momentum.
Following his presentation Neil will moderate a panel discussion with Brooke Roberts (Co-founder and CEO of Sharesies), Ben Lynch (Founder of Jude) and Shaun Quincey (CEO of Genoapay).
