Global asset manager-led consortium takes a 51% stake in Pathfinder

The formerly Takapuna-based boutique manager, Pathfinder, has sold down a 51 per cent stake to Alvarium Wealth Management, a newly-created consortium majority-owned by the $25 billion global asset manager LJ Partnership.

John Berry, CEO and Co-Founder of Pathfinder Asset Management will be moderating the 2019 Conference session on Impact Investing and Andrew Williams, Co-Chairman of LJ Partnership will also be presenting later in the day.

Pathfinder Asset Management plans to grow its presence and responsible investment offerings in the New Zealand market.
